This Privacy Notice describes how the personal data of users who visit and use the Barberini Interiors website is collected and processed, particularly when users submit enquiries through the contact form or via the other contact details available on the website.
Barberini Interiors is a brand of Barberini Allestimenti S.r.l. and does not constitute a separate legal entity.

Barberini Interiors is a brand of Barberini Allestimenti S.r.l.; therefore, all obligations and responsibilities relating to the processing of personal data remain with Barberini Allestimenti S.r.l.

2. Sources and Categories of Personal Data Processed
Personal data is collected directly from the data subject when they:
- complete the contact form available on the website;
- send a communication by email;
- contact Barberini Interiors by telephone;
- request information, quotations or clarification;
- express an interest in the services offered;
- come into contact with Barberini Allestimenti S.r.l. at trade fairs, events, meetings, seminars or other professional occasions.

Submitting a request through the contact form does not automatically result in subscription to the newsletter.

Subject to the user’s consent, where required under the applicable legislation, the website uses Google Analytics to collect statistical information concerning the use of its pages, browsing behaviour and user interactions.
The data is used to improve the website, its content and the browsing experience.
The legal basis is the user’s consent, expressed through the cookie preference management system.

4. Place and Methods of Processing
Personal data is processed using manual, electronic and digital tools, according to procedures strictly connected with the purposes described above and in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, data minimisation and confidentiality.
The data is processed by authorised personnel of Barberini Allestimenti S.r.l., particularly personnel working in the Marketing, Sales, Administration and Information Technology departments, within the limits of their assigned duties.
The Data Controller adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, destruction, alteration, disclosure, unauthorised access or unlawful processing.
The data collected through the contact form is recorded and managed within the CRM system used by Barberini Allestimenti S.r.l. to organise the enquiries received, manage contacts and follow up on commercial and professional communications.
The website is hosted and technically managed with the support of Acanto agency, which may process technical data, system logs and other information strictly necessary for the management, maintenance and security of the website.
The Data Controller does not carry out decision-making processes based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the data subject.
5. Retention of Personal Data
Personal data is retained only for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the principle of storage limitation.
In particular:
- data relating to contact requests is retained for the time necessary to provide the requested response and manage any subsequent commercial relationship;
- data relating to contractual relationships is retained for the entire duration of the relationship and subsequently for the period required by applicable administrative, tax, accounting and legal obligations;
- data processed for marketing purposes is retained until consent is withdrawn or erasure is requested;
- data collected through Google Analytics is retained for the period configured within the service and specified in the Cookie Policy;
- technical logs are retained for the period necessary to ensure the security and proper functioning of the systems;
- data required to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim may be retained for the applicable statutory limitation period.
At the end of the relevant retention period, the data will be erased, anonymised or made permanently inaccessible, unless further retention is required by law.
6. Categories of Recipients to Whom Personal Data May Be Disclosed
Personal data may be disclosed, to the extent strictly necessary for the purposes described above, to the following categories of recipients:
- authorised personnel of Barberini Allestimenti S.r.l.;
- IT and security service providers;
- software platform and CRM providers;

- hosting service providers;

Personal data will not be sold, publicly disclosed or transferred to third parties for their own independent commercial purposes.
7. Links to Third-Party Websites and Platforms
The website contains external links to Google Maps, LinkedIn and Instagram.
These links do not, in themselves, result in the automatic transfer of the user’s data to the external platforms. When the user selects one of these links, they leave the Barberini Interiors website and voluntarily access the website or service operated by the relevant provider.
From that moment, personal data is processed by the operator of the destination platform in accordance with its own privacy notice.
Barberini Allestimenti S.r.l. does not control how Google, LinkedIn and Meta process personal data within their respective websites and therefore invites users to consult the relevant privacy notices.
Should maps, social media feeds, videos, widgets, buttons or other content directly embedded from external platforms be added to the website in the future, this Privacy Notice and the Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly.
8. Transfers of Personal Data Outside the European Economic Area
Some digital service providers used by the website, including Google and the CRM platform provider, may belong to international groups or process personal data outside the European Economic Area.
Any transfers to third countries will be carried out in compliance with Articles 44 and following of the GDPR, on the basis of:
- an adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission;
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission;
- Binding Corporate Rules;
- participation in a recognised transfer mechanism;
- other safeguards or derogations permitted under the applicable legislation.
